① E-proof making
Our pre-press specialists will meticulously check your artwork files and provide a digital proof within 24 hours for your approval, ensuring every detail is perfect before printing begins.
② Offset printing
We utilize industry-leading German Heidelberg Speedmaster presses, guaranteeing precise color consistency (up to 98% match with Pantone) and flawless results, even for large volume orders.
③ First & Second Inspection
Quality is paramount. We conduct a rigorous 2-step inspection process. Our QC team first inspects the raw printed sheets for color and defects. After cutting and finishing, a second, piece-by-piece inspection is performed to check for perfect corners, smooth edges, and correct collation. Any imperfect card is immediately discarded.
④ Varnishing, linen finish

Digital Proofing: 1-2 Business Days.
After submitting your artwork, our prepress team will provide a digital proof for your final approval.

We print and assemble a physical prototype so you can verify the card stock, finish, and color accuracy.
Mass Production: 10-15 Business Days.
Once the sample is approved, we move to full-scale printing, cutting, and shrink-wrapping.
